RETURN POLICY

PRE ORDER: Pre- order marked item(s) will have an expected ship date in the title and item description. Orders may ship on or before the date provided. Once the pre- order item(s) has shipped you’ll receive tracking information, and your order will ship using the method that was selected at checkout.

LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES: DENIM DAY will not be responsible for packages that may become damaged, lost, or stolen in transit by the courier. You must reach out directly to the courier to file a claim.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE: 

⁃ DENIM DAY DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT.  

⁃ ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

⁃ BODYSUITS AND WHITE CLOTHING ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

DENIM DAY allows up to 3 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit. You must reach out via email at: denimdayclothing@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt to receive return instructions. ALL items must be returned in original condition in original boxes or bags free of stains with the original tag intact to receive store credit. Ensure all returning packages are sent with a tracking number. DENIM DAY will not take responsibility for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the return a DENIM DAY store credit will be issued. After 3 days you will no longer be eligible for a return/ exchange.

ORDERS: Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification. DENIM DAY isn’t responsible for unexpected courier shipping delays. DENIM DAY reserves the right to change policy and procedures at discretion.
